Dear Students, Parents, and Faculties,
Education plays an important role in everyone’s life. It provides us a status of life and standard of living. A literate and educated citizenry is vital to a democratic society.
With a vision to facilitate a safe, accessible, and affordable learning environment for the students, we put the foundation of our dream institution about 20 years ago. By the hard work, passion, and integrity of our students, management team, faculties, and other contributors, the “BANARAS INSTITUTE OF TEACHERS EDUCATION“ is holding its position as a leading institution of education in the country.
We are maintaining academic excellence and integrity in the institution with outstanding teaching facilities and services. We are using the latest technology to improve the quality of teaching and learning to empower our students. We have well experienced and highly motivated faculty, staff, and skill development trainers to make sure that our students are benefited to the maximum.
As a well-established institution, we maintain an utmost academic standard, incorporated with the conduct of discipline, thereby achieving remarkable results. We firmly believe that education is the key to a nation's progress so we take it as our bounded duty to provide the best academic training a student can possibly get.
The institution endeavors to comfort the students with all the necessary knowledge and skills to become truly successful in the chosen field. We will support students in achieving their golden ambitions and also ensure that their stay in the college is meaningful and fruitful as well.

Message from the Desk of Director
Banaras Institute of Teacher’s Education (BITE) was established in 2003 by Purwanchal Educational Trust to cater the higher educational needs of young aspiring students especially residing in nearby rural and semi-urban areas. We at BITE not only impart knowledge but also make every possible effort to sharpen the skills of the students because we believe, “If you know something but do not know how to make others know what you know then knowing and not knowing both and one and same.” Thus, overall personality development of every student is our prime concern wherein creative thinking, critical/analytical ability along with inculcation of moral values are given due attention.
After the induction of NEP-2020 and looking at the future needs of the market forces, we have taken many measures to further improve our infrastructure including development of automated A.C. Library with separate reading cabins for male and female students, separate e-Library section and distinct teachers’ cabin. Many smart classrooms with interactive panels, A.C. 50+ Computer Centre, well equipped A.C. Multipurpose Hall and well-Designed Committee Room along with fully Wi-Fi Campus have been established.
Conduction of in-door and out-door sports events, cultural programmes and social service activities throughout the year help to make BITE student friendly. The walled campus with 24*7 security, monitored entry/exit and comprehensive CCTV coverage provides safe environment for students in general and female students in particular.

Our faculty and staff are devoted, dedicated, serious and sincere to their work. Their commitment to students’ success is unwavering and they are here to support every student on his/her learning voyage.

Dear students, get out of your comfort zone, actively participate in classroom discussions and explore and expand your hidden potentials. Do not be afraid to ask questions, get help whenever and wherever you need it and most importantly, believe in yourself. Remember, Rome was not built in a day-every failure is a step towards success. So, try and try again till the goal is achieved. Hard work on daily basis will certainly make you a successful personality, sooner than later. Participation in sports and extra co-curricular activities will make you all-rounder and facilitate in minimizing your daily stress in life.
